Aimeé Foley from Co. Cork, Ireland, has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), a group of inherited conditions that affect collagen proteins in the body. The Irish Health Service (HSE) has no specialist treatment facilities for this incurable condition, and obtaining funding for treatment abroad is extremely difficult.
This 24min documentary follows Aimeé on one of her early trips to London for medical treatment.
